Registration
IMPORTANT NOTE: As of September 1st, the conference fees do not include the private visit of Le Mont Saint-Michel abbey and the gala dinner anymore. Social event tickets for accompanying persons are not sold anymore either.
At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference to ensure that the paper is included in the conference program and the proceedings.
Student registration can cover only up to one paper.
Regular registration can cover up to three papers.
The deadline for author registration is July 15th, 2010. Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.
REGISTRATION FEES (VAT 19,6% included)
Conference fees include: admission to the sessions, electronic proceedings published par Springer-Verlag, coffee breaks, the welcome reception on Monday, September 27th, the private visit of Le Mont Saint-Michel abbey and the gala dinner on Wednesday, September 29th.
Conference fees do not include lunches.

* Student Registration requires a written letter on university letterhead, with the statement that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. student at the time of the conference, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to the LVA 2010 Secretariat (lva2010 AT inria DOT fr), with a scanned PDF email attachment.

HOW TO REGISTER
You can use either:
- the web-based registration system (recommended, payment by credit card via secure payment system);
- the PDF registration form to be faxed (Acrobat Reader 8.0 is recommended to fill this form).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Only written cancellation will be taken into account. At least, one author per paper should remain registered.
Please note that a cancellation fee / administrative charge of 100 € will be retained for any cancellation received before September 7, 2010. No refund will be processed after this date
In accordance with French law "loi Informatique et Libertés", articles 39 and 40, you have the right to access and rectify data about you. In practice, proving your identity, you can ask us whether or not we process data about you and in case the answer is yes, which data, for which purpose and how. Besides, French law acknowledges your right to rectify, update and suppress these data. INRIA has a "Correspondant Informatique et Libertés" (CIL) to the "CNIL" in accordance with article 22 III of the French law "loi du 6 janvier 1978".
